Families come first
All children need love, kindness, comfort, support, independence, communication and time to reach their full potential. Our open-door policy encourages families to be involved in our centre. Families are the most important influence in a child’s life, and a strong partnership lets us extend on family values, diversity, needs and interests in our daily programs.
A quality educational program
Our program is built on the Early Years Learning Framework, the National Quality Framework and the Education and Care National Regulations. Educators reflect on the learning environment and adjust the program to be inclusive, and to suit each child’s needs and interests.
Professional, caring educators
Our educators are qualified, passionate, understanding and respectful, and take part in ongoing professional development. We encourage them to use their own skills, such as languages and music. All educators hold approved qualifications, understand the Child Safe Standards, and hold a current Working with Children Check, first aid, CPR and anaphylaxis training, and have completed child protection training.
Health and nutrition
We promote health and nutrition across the centre and accommodate all dietary requirements. Mealtimes are positive, relaxed and a great time for social interaction. See our kitchen and our curriculum.
