Curriculum

Altona Early Education Centre aims to exceed all of the five learning outcomes, as set by the national Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). These are:

Children have a strong sense of identity.
Children are connected with and contribute to their world.
Children have a strong sense of wellbeing.
Children are confident and involved learners.
Children are effective communicators.

Good curriculum is ever changing and responsive to your child’s individual needs. As your child grows, and experiences life, their needs will change also. So, your child’s educator will gather information and create a curriculum to foster your child’s unique learning requirements. This information will be shared with you on a daily basis.

At Altona Early Education Centre we understand that our role as educators is only part of the picture. We encourage parents to work collaboratively with us to ensure all other factors in their child’s development are supported.

Owner operated, and conveniently located - Our Altona Early Education and Learning Centre is located near Altona Primary School and St Mary's Primary School making the kindergarten, preschool and school run a breeze.
